Business Development Staff/ Nhân Viên Phát Triển Kinh Doanh

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business and financial analysis to support management decision-making and business development initiatives.

• Prepare strategic plans, reports and presentations related to company performance, investment projects and business improvement.

• Understand buyers’ priorities and market focus areas, then align internal action plans with the company’s strategy.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect data, monitor progress and follow up on action items.

Trách nhiệm chính

• Thực hiện phân tích kinh doanh và tài chính nhằm hỗ trợ quyết định quản trị và các sáng kiến phát triển kinh doanh.

• Chuẩn bị kế hoạch chiến lược, báo cáo và bài thuyết trình liên quan đến hiệu quả công ty, dự án đầu tư và cải tiến kinh doanh.

• Nắm bắt ưu tiên và định hướng của khách hàng, từ đó điều phối kế hoạch nội bộ phù hợp với chiến lược công ty.

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thu thập dữ liệu, theo dõi tiến độ và triển khai các hạng mục công việc.

Education / Background

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Trình độ / Nền tảng

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

Key Requirements

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical skills in finance, cost structures, business performance and project feasibility.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with ERP or other digital business systems is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with internal departments, customers and external partners.
