Responsibilities & Workforce Planning

• Manage and oversee daily clinic operations.
• Lead and develop the existing clinic team.
• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Train staff, set and track KPIs.
• Recruit staff in collaboration with HR when needed.
• Coordinate corporate health check-up planning.

Workflow & Facility Management

• Manage patient flow and reduce waiting times.
• Ensure accurate and complete patient records.
• Organize sample collection and optimize clinic capacity.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is fully operational.

Customer Service & Communication

• Handle complaints and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Communicate schedule or process changes to clients.
• Maintain coordination with internal departments and corporate clients.

Financial Performance

• Achieve retail and corporate revenue targets.
• Complete service documentation and billing processes.
• Retain existing clients and acquire new ones.

Leadership

• Lead and align the clinic team with CityClinic’s overall operations.
• Make effective decisions and manage daily business activities.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare (clinic/hospital).
• Proven experience in clinic operations and setup.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills (MUST)
• Skilled in recruitment, training, and personnel management.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Solid leadership and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, safety, and health regulations.
• Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
