Project tracking:

Since thereare too many projects from other departments that require sellersin SGP to join, this position will coordinate with stakeholders to efficiently centralize & carry out these monthly initiatives (Seller livestream, Paid Ads, SHP video, Affiliate, AMS on SC, CPAS/ GAS, ContentX, Price Bidding, Tinh Hoa việt chung sức, SHP Clearance Live):

• Receive & clarifyinformation from projectteam (requirement, target,etc.)
• Roll out projectto SGP team
• Remind SGP team to push sellers join
• Update adoption tracker& performance report
• Coordinate between projectteam and internalteam to fix issue (if any)

• Detail-oriented & problem-solving skill
• Time-management skill to work in multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication skill to deal with differentstakeholders
• Good communication in English
