Establish and update product standards and production processes.
Develop SOPs to ensure quality from the beginning.
Define quality requirements for suppliers and monitor compliance.
Analyze processes, detect errors, and propose improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
Implement new quality management systems and train the team.
Inspect finished products; approve or reject based on quality standards.
Collect customer feedback and handle complaints effectively.
Submit regular reports to the Board of Directors.
Manage and analyze quality data to improve performance.
Review daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
Audit factories and monitor compliance with standards.
Consolidate quality issues and present them in management meetings.
Analyze quality-related costs and defect rates.
Compile and report product testing results.
Ensure the laboratory meets industry standards and customer requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Male or Female, under 45 years old.
University graduate.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position in a shirt manufacturing company, including at least 2 years of experience in washing and dyeing processes.
Strong experience in FOB production.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).Willing to travel to subcontracted factories for business trips.
