Quality Lead

• Oversees all plant quality functions from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs aligned with factory objectives and global quality strategies.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments to evaluate performance metrics, implement preventive controls, and initiate quality enhancement projects.
• Ensure compliance with both internal standards and customer quality/specification requirements.
• Lead and coordinate all quality assurance activities related to testing, inspection, and validation processes.
• Act as the primary coordinator for ISO, BSCI, and other certification or compliance audits within the plant.
• Ensure manufacturing lines are supported with properly calibrated tools, validated methods, operating procedures, and visual work instructions in line with customer expectations.
• Develop and control documentation systems to ensure all quality records are properly maintained, reviewed, updated, and approved.
• Build and implement Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to support manufacturing efficiency and business expansion.
• Lead the quality engineering team in process standardization and product quality enhancement activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt preferred.
• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality systems in multinational manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability with a strategic approach.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
