QC Manager - Korean Language

• Manage all factory quality activities (IQC, PQC, QA, OQC, Project Quality) with a team of over 100 employees.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, ensuring a balance between Quality – Delivery – Cost.
• Operate and continuously improve management systems in accordance with international standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and apply methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, and DMAIC.
• Perform internal audits and supplier audits; propose and monitor improvement action plans.
• Work directly with global customers such as Samsung, Hyundai, Bosch, Apple, Sony, etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Language: Proficiency in Korean is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in quality management in large manufacturing plants, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial/Head position.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma; VDA 6.3 and Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Strong team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
