JOB PURPOSE / MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC

-Support business and commercial growth by driving product quality, compliance, and on-time delivery, while ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

-Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Development teams, as well as external partners such as Customers, Suppliers, and Third Parties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

1. Quality Strategy & Business Support

-Develop and implement QA/QC strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

-Lead the Category Quality team, ensuring the right people, capabilities, and resources are in place to support business growth.

-Ensure product quality, compliance, and delivery requirements are consistently achieved within agreed budgets and departmental KPIs.

-Partner with Range and Brand teams to ensure product specifications are clear, complete, and aligned with the required quality standards.

2. Quality Management & Compliance

-Ensure quality procedures, standards, and working practices are clearly defined, understood, and effectively implemented across relevant teams, suppliers, and third parties.

-Ensure product specifications, DCL, and other required quality documentation are agreed, maintained, and consistently applied.

-Ensure compliance with established quality processes and maintain accurate technical documentation on time, including samples, SS & GS, testing, PSP, IM, inspection, and quality reports.

-Identify and address quality and technical issues proactively, ensuring appropriate resources and technical capabilities are available to resolve them effectively.

3. Continuous Improvement

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Quality and Manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, product quality, and working practices.

-Review customer feedback, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and improvement actions.

-Continuously evaluate and optimize QA/QC processes and working practices to improve overall quality performance.

4. Supplier & Vendor Quality Management

-Support the Vendor Assessment and Development Team in assessing the capability and performance of new and existing suppliers.

-Ensure supplier assessment findings and quality issues are properly acknowledged, followed up, and resolved within agreed timelines to support commercial deadlines.

-Maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and third-party partners to ensure quality expectations and requirements are consistently met.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

-Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Development, Range, and Brand teams to ensure the right product quality is delivered on time.

-Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and ensure clear communication and alignment on quality requirements, specifications, and priorities.

-Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business and commercial objectives.

6. Team Leadership & Development

-Lead, develop, and coach the QA/QC team to build technical capability and deliver business objectives.

-Identify individual training needs and establish appropriate development and career plans for team members.

-Provide regular performance follow-up, coaching, and feedback to support team performance and career progression.

-Ensure key positions and talent within the Quality team are appropriately developed and positioned to support future business growth.

Education / Học vấn

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing-related field.

Technical Qualifications / Chuyên môn

-Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques, processes, and quality requirements relevant to assigned product categories.

-Familiarity with market regulations, directives, and standards, particularly for Australia.

Experience / Kinh nghiệm

-Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in sourcing, retail, or manufacturing, preferably in Asia.

Language / Ngôn ngữ

-Fluent written and spoken English.
