CSR Lead

JOB PURPOSE/ MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC

Lead, implement, and standardize the compliance management system across all factories and relevant business units, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, customer requirements, and certification/audit programs related to social responsibility, environmental compliance, supply chain security, material legality and traceability, business ethics, and sustainability. Maintain continuous audit readiness, mitigate compliance risks, and protect export business continuity through effective governance and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁ CH NHIỆM CHÍNH

• Build, implement, and maintain a standardized compliance management framework across all factories.

• Standardize compliance policies, procedures, SOPs, audit protocols, CAPA governance, document control, and evidence management.

• Establish compliance dashboards, KPIs, and conduct periodic management reviews to monitor compliance performance.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all customer, certification, regulatory, and internal audit/assessment programs, including Social Compliance, Environmental Compliance, C-TPAT/Supply Chain Security, FSC CoC, PEFC, DDS, EUDR, Controlled Wood, GRS, Carbon Footprint, JESC, insurance assessments, and customer compliance programs.

• Ensure all audits, certifications, assessments, and customer compliance requirements are completed on schedule and remain valid.

• Lead external audits, customer visits, virtual assessments, and coordinate audit preparation and CAPA closure within agreed timelines.

• Lead CAPA management by ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action implementation, timeline control, evidence submission, internal verification, and management approval prior to submission to customers or certification bodies.

• Manage factory disclosure, facility profile submissions, customer compliance questionnaires, and related customer compliance platforms.

• Develop and implement annual compliance training plans, including customer Zero-Tolerance Requirements, for the compliance team and factories.

• Train factories and related departments on customer standards, buyer updates, due diligence, traceability, audit protocols, CAPA writing, grievance handling, ethical conduct, supply chain security, environmental compliance, and sustainability/ESG reporting.

• Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, customer requirements, and international compliance standards, and ensure timely implementation across factories.

• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives by coordinating compliance-related improvement projects and monitoring sustainability performance.

• Report periodically to the Risk & Compliance Manager on compliance risks, audit performance, certification status, overdue actions, customer concerns, emerging compliance risks, and systemic gaps.

• Recommend investments, additional resources, process improvements, system enhancements, or escalation to Top Management when compliance risks may affect customer approval, certification status, export business continuity, or company reputation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the effectiveness and maturity of the Compliance Management System across all manufacturing sites.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Management, or other related fields.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in CSR/Social Compliance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the furniture or export industry.

Hands-on experience in preparing and coordinating customer or third-party audits.

Experience in developing and following up Corrective Action Plans (CAP) is preferred

Knowledge of social compliance, environmental management, occupational health & safety, and chemical management.

Internal Auditor certification in BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, WRAP, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent is preferred.Familiarity with customer Codes of Conduct and international social compliance standards.
