Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer)

Job Description:

1. Manage OQA inspection team and control inspection output performance

2. Ensure all of shipment meet customer and internal standards

3. Manage and update inspection standard base on customer and internal requirement.

4. Analysis of inspection result and feedback to previous processes for improvement

5. Analysis and implement corrective actions for outgoing defects or Customer complaints

6. Be responsible for validation of measuring equipment by cooperate with Calibration section.

7. Manage inspection team skill and follow up training plan to level up their skill for product specifications, standards and measuring equipment operation

8. Participate and support to prepare for Customer audit, QMS Audit and documentation…

9. Create Outgoing check sheet for new products

10. Summary quality weekly/monthly/yearly report

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor's /University degree, major related to Mechanical, Engineering, Automotive..(Oversea graduated will have an added advantage).

2. Working experience: preferably at least 5 years of working experiences in the similar position.

3. Able to communicate in English.

4. Good computer skills with MS Office,…

5. Ability to read and understand technical drawing

6. Experience with 7 QC Tools, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Problem Solving skills

7. Experience with inspection tool such as Micrometer, CMM, Gear Profile, …

8. Familiarity with ISO9001, IATF 16949,…

9. Teamwork, communication skills, proactive and able to work under pressure
