QA/QC Manager

DBW is a leading garment manufacturer specializing in premium Woven and Sweater products for international fashion brands. We are looking for an experienced QA & QC Manager in *GARMENT field* to lead our quality organization and drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across the factory.

- Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, procedures, and standards.

- Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and compliance standards.

- Monitor in-line, end-line, and final inspection performance to achieve quality targets.

- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.

- Coordinate with Production, Technical, Planning, and Merchandising teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

- Manage customer audits, quality assessments, and factory compliance requirements.

- Develop and coach QA/QC teams to build a strong quality culture throughout the organization.

- Prepare quality reports and present performance results to factory management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Textile, Garment, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QA/QC within the garment manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of garment construction, quality systems, AQL standards, and manufacturing processes.

- Experience working with international buyers and global fashion brands.

- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
