Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to lead all import-export and logistics activities for our export manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain execution, customs compliance, on-time shipments, and continuous improvement of logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all import and export activities in compliance with customs regulations and EPE requirements.

• Coordinate international and domestic transportation, shipment bookings, and freight forwarding activities.

• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer commitments.

• Oversee customs clearance, import-export documentation, HS code classification, and Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications.

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs audits, and government reporting requirements.

• Monitor logistics costs and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

• Develop, standardize, and improve logistics processes, controls, and performance KPIs.

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs authorities, and other logistics service providers.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Logistics team to achieve high performance and operational excellence.

• Collaborate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and import-export management, preferably in an EPE or export manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international transportation.

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
