Assistant Production Manager (Garment)

DBW is looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Production Manager (Woven) to support and optimize our woven garment production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery while leading teams toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Factory Manager in overseeing daily woven production operations.

- Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, and delivery performance against targets.

- Coordinate with Planning, IE, Technical, Quality, Warehouse, and HR teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource utilization.

- Drive productivity improvement, line balancing, and waste reduction initiatives.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to achieve production goals.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

- Develop and coach supervisors and production teams to strengthen operational capabilities.

- Prepare and analyze production reports and recommend improvement actions.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in woven garment manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.

- Strong knowledge of woven garment production processes, sewing operations, productivity improvement, and industrial engineering concepts.
