QA
- Review and monitor Vietnamese legal regulations regarding food products.
- Handle product self-declaration procedures.
- Draft and review product labels for both imports and exports.
- Prepare and submit documents such as technical specifications and product standards as requested by customers.
- Investigate the root causes of customer complaints and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare documentation and work with audit teams to obtain or maintain certifications such as HACCP and BRC.
R& (No prior experience required for this role)
- Research and develop product recipes.
- Evaluate and audit raw material suppliers.
- Investigate root causes and propose corrective actions for production-related issues.
- Draft guidelines for production conditions and product coding/printing requirements (in coordination with the QC department).
- Assist with product packaging design.
Additional tasks (No prior experience required for this role)
- Conduct logistics and transportation tests to evaluate product stability.
- Perform sensory evaluations (taste tests) on product samples and handle related tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of work experience in the food industry or 2 years of experience in QA (food QA, import-export).
- Experience in executing product self-declaration procedures.
- Experience in developing/drafting product labels, including ingredient labeling and labeling for both domestic and export food products.
- Good communication in English (Intermediate level)
