o Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 17:00 PM), Saturday rotation if required (for CS/ Logi/ TS)

o Salary & Incentives:

- Attractive base salary

- Fix bonus: 2 months, variable bonus: average 2 months (depending on KPI and company business situation)

- Gross salary paid 100% during the probation period (with full social insurance)

o Allowances & Facilities: Transportation and lunch allowances as per company regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In charge of products and suppliers related matters:

• Manage and improve supply chain’s efficiency to improve GPR and leadtime

• Communicate and negotiate directly with overseas suppliers in English (and Chinese if applicable) to handle inquiries, resolve product issues, and optimize lead times

• Create and maintain product & supplier masters (related database to ensure smooth daily operation)

• Initiate ideas to improve daily work and optimize supply chain operations

• Other tasks assigned by managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree

• English proficiency

• 2+ years in supplier management, purchasing or relevant experience

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Customer oriented and business mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience in negotiating with overseas suppliers.

• Proficiency in other languages, especially Chinese (Mandarin), is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with manufacturing industry

• Experience in developing, applying, or optimizing AI solutions.

• Possess high energy and result-oriented attitude
