- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of HRM (Human Resource Management) system projects (development, enhancement, implementation).
- Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from stakeholders (HR team, executives, clients).
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (BA, Developers, QA, UI/UX) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Ensure the system aligns with HR business processes (recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance management, etc.).
- Provide regular status reports and propose process improvements.
- Support system rollout, user training, and handover.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software project management, preferably HRM/ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, C&B, performance management, etc.).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong planning, organizational, and resource management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand technical documentation.
