About the Role

DWP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Ho Chi Minh City studio.

This is a role combining project management, project coordination, contract administration, and commercial management. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and commercial administration of projects, working closely with clients, design teams, consultants, subconsultants, finance, and senior management.

The role is intended to develop into a Commercial Manager / Director position, with increasing responsibility for project contracts, commercial performance, variations, claims, payment matters, and contractual risk.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project delivery, coordination, programs, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.

- Coordinate internal design teams, consultants, and subconsultants.

- Administer project consultancy agreements and monitor contractual obligations.

- Manage project fees, scope, variations, additional services, and commercial risks.

- Identify and control scope creep and ensure additional services are properly recovered.

- Prepare and manage variations, claims, and commercial submissions.

- Monitor invoicing, outstanding payments, and client receivables, working closely with Finance.

- Manage subconsultant appointments, contracts, performance, and payments.

- Maintain project contract, commercial, risk, and payment records.

- Identify contractual and commercial issues early and drive resolution before they become disputes.

- Handle routine contractual and commercial matters internally, escalating complex legal issues to Legal or external counsel when required.

- Support the development of standardized project, contract, and commercial management processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 7+ years' experience in project management, contract management, commercial management, or a related field.

- Experience in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, real estate, project management, contract management, or professional consultancy.

- Strong understanding of consultancy contracts, contract administration, variations, claims, and payment management.

- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and consultants.

- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.

- Professional Vietnamese communication skills, both written and spoken, are preferred but not mandatory.
