Project Manager

●       Create and oversee project plans and schedules

●       Drive team members to achieve release goals

●       Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope

●        Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, timeline

●       Take lead on quality control issues

●       Maintain issues and risks log

●       Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution

●       Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners

●       Maintain process documentation

●       Other tasks

Yêu cầu ứng viên

●       3+ years of experience in software project management (preferably Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech projects).

●       Experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment

●       Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.)

●       Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)

●       Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills

●       Good English reading and technical writing skills.

●       Nice-to-have: Knowledge or experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, DApps, NFT, or DeFi.
