Community Manager

• Plan to build Telegram community with the maximum number of members as outlined in the strategy.
• Research and coordinate with team members to tighten the project according to the implementation process.
• Booking with Influencers, Entrepreneurs related to the Blockchain and CryptoCurrency field. Make sure there are no errors when implementing the project.
• Coordinate with team members to complete the checklist of tasks clearly and on time.
• Support and coordinate with the leader on professional issues.
• Report progress, results as required.
• Manage social channels (Telegram, X/Twitter, Discord, YouTube) and community growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned and requested by CMO.

• + 2 years of experience
• Understanding of Web3/Blockchain/TON ecosystem is a significant advantage.
• Experience in KOL/Influencer outreach.
• Good spoken English.
• Data-driven mindset, familiar with working with clear KPIs.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Telegram.
