Content & Operations Specialist

●       Proactively discover, evaluate, and shortlist promising short dramas from studios, producers, distribution partners, and content marketplaces — both domestic and overseas.

●       Analyze short-drama trends (genre, hooks, episode length, target audience) to recommend titles worth acquiring or partnering on.

●       Reach out to and negotiate licensing / revenue-share terms with content owners; coordinate with legal to review contracts, distribution territories, and subtitle/dubbing rights.

●       Build and maintain a content pipeline; track contractual obligations including terms, renewals, and reporting — never let the library run dry.

●       Get content live: upload files, QC video quality, prepare posters/thumbnails, write descriptions, assign genres/tags, and set up episodes and play order.

●       Ensure clean metadata, multi-language support (VN/KR where needed), and correctly synced subtitles; work with tech/admin to resolve ingest or playback issues.

●       Plan title launches, curate featured content, banners, and recommended collections; propose release strategies (full-season drop vs. episodic release) to maximize retention.

●       Monitor views, completion rate, and per-title performance; report regularly and recommend removing, boosting, or adding content based on real data.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

●       3 years in content / distribution / licensing / OTT-streaming operations / film-video production (or equivalent; hungry, driven junior candidates are welcome too).

●       Strong content taste — a sense for which short dramas will land; understands hooks, retention drivers, and audience psychology.

●       Strong communication and negotiation skills; proactive in reaching out to partners and closing deals.

●       Detail-oriented with metadata, subtitles, episode order, and image quality; comfortable with digital tools (CMS/admin panels, spreadsheets, basic media tools).

●       Working-level English (reading and writing) for partner communication and contract review.

●       Startup mindset: self-driven, runs tasks independently, thrives in a fast tempo, dares to propose and own outcomes.

●       Nice-to-have: Korean language; existing network with studios / producers / distributors; familiarity with short-drama market (DramaBox, ReelShort); interest in Web3 / Telegram Mini App is a plus.
