Project Assistant - Non-Tech (English/Chinese)

• Carry out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project files to the right personnel, workers, and stakeholders.
• Supervise projects in progress and ensure that all issues related to the projects are clarified and completed to avoid confusion and interruption during execution.
• Record all project items, and make sure they are adequately delivered to the various departments.
• Attend meetings with the team and pay attention throughout to get details of items discussed at the meeting to take action accordingly.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Provide smooth communication barrier-free between onsite employees and management team. 
• Fluent in:
  • ENG: English – At least C1 level in 4 skills (must), Chinese communication (preferred)
  • CHI: Chinese – HSK5 and above (must), professional English (must)
• Have team management experience is preferred.
• Good at communication, good spirit of teamwork and strong sense of responsibility. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, prefer working with number and keen on data analysis.
• Can work under high pressure and in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficient in office, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in similar projects is a plus.
