- Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Production Supervisor (Welding, $1200, ID21317).
- Issue and manage production drawings for assigned areas (component manufacturing, assembly, and packaging).
- Inspect all parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure the smooth flow of materials and components to maintain uninterrupted production operations.
- Implement production schedules to meet shipping timelines and customer delivery commitments.
- Organize and supervise daily operations to achieve product specifications, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure the efficient utilization of time and resources.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male. Age 0 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position as a Production Supervisor, with hands-on experience in TIG welding, MIG welding, and robotic welding within mechanical manufacturing companies.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings; proficient in SolidWorks.
- Good written English skills.
