1. Data

• Capacities, MRP Data integrity, Calendars, APO Custom Tables

2. Process

Follow monthly, weekly, daily processes required to achieve desired Supply Planning Outcome, Including the following:

PPDS

• Check Supply Planning output for data or process related errors/ Coordinate fixes for issues affecting daily production output and KPIs;

• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery, deal with daily issues impacting Operations due to Supply Side problems – cooperate with local production team;

• Process Under and Over Supply Alerts: Tune process to reduce or remove repeating errors;

• Monitor Fail location warehouse in / out and update status

• Review Relevant Job Logs

• Plan and release orders for Reprocessing, coordinate Reprocessing procedures with local team (WH, lab, production etc) for failed lots as well as for SLObs;

3. People

Communicate with all relevant departments in relation to achieving Supply plan-

• Quality

• Manufacturing (required capacity moving forward)

• Within Supply Chain

• Grey Thread Supply Planners

4. Reporting: All relevant reporting for function

* Who you are (Requirements):

• Strong statistical and mathematical knowledge.

• Good communication skills (English is required).

• Good Excel knowledge.

• Good problem resolving skills

• Good skill to observe the relation between different areas

• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Best Practice

• Must Be Able to Work Morning and Afternoon Shifts

• Relevant Supply Chain Qualification

* Working Time:

- Monday to Saturday

- Working on a rotating shift basis with two shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
