Tuyển dụng Raw Material Planner tại Hồ Chí Minh

Deliver key local planning activities:

- Be responsible for planning activities of raw materials for Vietnam (Make up material, Filament/fiber, Dyes and chemical) and grey thread supplied from local supplier (including inhouse GT production).

- Review consumption plan based on monthly production plan and sign off with Central team to update raw matrial forecast in system on time.

- Frequently analyse actual demand vs FC and work closely with commercial team to reflect the actual trend to system. Take the actions to ensure supply aligned with demand and avoid the excess stock.

- Act as local liaison for GT planning, work closely with central Planning team, procurement team and warehouse and forwarders to ensure good RM schedule to supply on time in full with optimum cost.

- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments on potential shortage/ excess and actions to maintain the Supply Chain KPI (both OTIF and stock/ SLOBs)

- Plan for exceptional case of stock (multi filament, multi source for Grey thread) and work with production, warehouse for execution.

- Co-ordinate with Procurement /QA /Manufacturing and warehouse to agree actions for quality issue, monitor trial plan of new materials.

Be responsible for stock management including stock level, SLOBs for both quantity and value.

- Submit the stock forecast, purchasing plan monthly/ yearly to Finance team on time.

- Monthly analyze gaps between actual stock and FC / plan to make sure stock aligned with approved stock plan/FC and take further actions to reduce the gaps.

- Analyze monthly SLOBs generation and follow up the actions to reduce SLOBs value

Coordinate with other departments for continuous improvement and process automation

- Work with Central Planning team and local departments to drive for improvement in service KPIs (OTIF and SOLT).

- Analyze process / activities from order entry to goods delivery to customer to explore all opportunities for end to end process further improvement, automation process execution.

- Main contact person from local Planning team for Supply Chain information with Global Master data team (following final RACI agreed with COED). Coordinate with Central team to review master data periodically.

- Perform special projects/tasks related to supply chain if required.

Who you are (Requirements):

- University graduated in Economics, Technical or related field.

- Computer literacy

- Over 1-2 years’ experience in Planning/Logistics background

- Effective Communication both in VN/EN

- Analysis skill, making decision
