Tuyển dụng Technical & Quality Manager (Fr Fabric)

Role Purpose:

-We are looking for an experienced and technically strong professional with 10+ years of experience in IFR (Inherent Flame Resistant) product range development and manufacturing and quality governance. The candidate should possess end-to-end expertise across the textile value chain, including fiber selection, spinning, weaving, processing, dyeing, and finishing of IFR fabrics.

- The ideal candidate should have strong technical competence, problem-solving capability, and leadership skills to drive product development, process optimization, team management and quality governance while supporting business growth in the protective textile segment.

• Technical Accountability

- Lead end-to-end development and manufacturing of IFR fabric products.

- Drive fiber selection and material optimization based on performance requirements and customer needs.

- Manage and oversee spinning, weaving, processing, dyeing, and finishing operations for IFR products.

- Develop and optimize fabric constructions to meet FR performance, comfort, durability, and certification requirements.

- Lead technical discussions with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

- Support new product development, innovation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Quality Accountability

- Govern end-to-end process control and quality assurance

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry certifications and standards related to protective textiles and flame-resistant fabrics.

- Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues across the textile value chain.

- Own Safety Fabric product specification and revision

• People Management

- Coordinate with internal teams for product development, quality assurance, sourcing, and production planning.

- Mentor and manage technical/production teams and demonstrate strong leadership capability.

Essential:

• Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering / Fiber Science or equivalent.

• Strong technical expertise in IFR/Inherent FR fabrics.

• Fiber selection, Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Dyeing, Finishing

• Knowledge of FR standards, testing, certifications, and performance requirements.

• Strong leadership, team handling, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving capability.

• Ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

Desirable:

• Experience in protective textiles / industrial FR fabrics / IFR product range.

• Exposure to global markets and customer requirements is preferred.
