Production Control Executive

• Maintain and fulfill orders for outsourcing factories within agreed capacity.
• Develop Time & Action plans for each factory, coordinating on confirmed orders and processing schedules.
• Arrange contracts and order details, including MCP, BOM, balance sheets, patterns, samples, and trim cards.
• Monitor samples and pilot runs to ensure timely start of bulk production.
• Coordinate with Central Warehouse for timely material release.
• Arrange pre-production meetings and approve cutting to initiate production.
• Review daily WIP and production status to stay on track with plans.
• Oversee weekly/monthly shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage order reconciliations, final payments, and order closures with factories.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Apparel Merchandising, Garment Technology or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing process, customers' requirement and logistics
• Negotiation skills, Communication skills, MS Office skills
