Internal Process Audit Executive (ISO)

• Coordinate with departments to maintain, update, and improve ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 management systems, processes, procedures, records, and related documentation.
• Identify process gaps, develop or revise procedures, and ensure alignment between operational practices and ISO requirements.
• Provide guidance and training on ISO standards, procedures, and system requirements to relevant departments and new employees.
• Coordinate and support internal and external ISO audits, including audit planning, documentation preparation, meeting coordination, follow-up on corrective actions, and closure of non-conformities.
• Support Management Review Meetings by collecting data, preparing reports/presentations, and recording meeting minutes.
• Monitor compliance with ISO standards, environmental legal requirements, and stakeholder expectations; conduct periodic assessments of risks, opportunities, and organizational context.
• Partner with departments to drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and a culture of operational excellence through assessments, workshops, audits, and improvement projects.
• Coordinate the implementation and sustainment of 5S practices across the organization.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Auditing, or related fields.
• ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 31000, 50001 Internal Auditor, GHG Certificates preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO
• Problem-solving skills, Project management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Communication skills, MS Office skills
