Your Job

As an Associate Product Manager at Molex, you will support the development and growth of high-speed interconnect solutions for data center and enterprise networking markets. This role will help shape product strategy, drive market insights, and support global customer engagement.

What You Will Do

• Support product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and positioning for high-speed interconnect products

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities

• Gather customer insights and translate them into product requirements

• Support product launches and go-to-market activities

• Drive pipeline growth, customer adoption, and project execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales)

• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to optimize portfolio results

• Build strong relationships with global customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

• Lead or support product development projects to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in product management, product line management, or sales

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness and ability to travel globally

• Experience in data center, networking, or high-speed interconnect technologies

• Experience in high-speed interconnect products in the data center or enterprise networking industries is a plus

• Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering

• Experience with product lifecycle management or product launches

• Experience working with OEM customers or contract manufacturers

• SAP knowledge

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
