Product Executive HCMC

Supporting the Group Product Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for assigned products aligned with overall strategic goals.
Implementing, monitoring, and reporting marketing activities to achieve objectives within allocated budgets.
Providing strong support to the sales team in customer engagement and market penetration.
Conducting market visits, analyzing research data, evaluating competitors, and proposing creative communication and trade initiatives.
Organizing and delivering training programs for the sales team, followed by tracking and assessing post-training implementation.
Assisting in the development and launch of new products to strengthen brand presence and accelerate growth.
Preparing periodic data analyses and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Pharmacy background is a plus).
At least 2 years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role.
Experience in Pharma Cosmetics, Cosmetics, or Beauty Care is preferred.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AI tools for marketing and data analysis.
