Procurement Specialist

- Administer all purchasing documents systematically, ensuring daily delivery meets client requirements and needs; 

- Resolve quality issues with the supplier and arrange for network route map, following up on rework activities until complete; 

- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors;

- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms; 

- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility; 

- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors; 

- Processing cost statement, PO verifying, and inspection on SAP; 

- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements;

- Controlling the Procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs; 

- Overseeing and managing shipments and the supply of goods; 

- Preparing procurement reports; 

- All purchasing duties and tasks assigned by the Leader and Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- At least 3-4 years of experience working in purchasing;  

- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.

- Word, Excel, PPT, experience in SAP is an advantage;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in IT purchasing is a plus point.

- Fluent in English (knowing Korean is an advantage)
