Database Administrator (DBA-Infra)

We are seeking a skilled DBA to manage, maintain, and secure our database environments. You will be responsible for the health of our data systems, ensuring high performance, and implementing robust backup and recovery procedures. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in at least one major database engine: Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB (MariaDB is preferrable) and should be good at Linux.

•    Administration & Maintenance: Perform routine patching, upgrades, and migrations. Monitor database health and proactively address issues.
•    Performance Tuning: Analyze execution plans, optimize complex SQL queries, and tune database parameters to ensure sub-second response times.
•    High Availability (HA) & DR: Configure and manage replication, clustering (e.g., Oracle RAC, Galera for MariaDB), and disaster recovery drills.
•    Linux Systems Integration: Being able to write advanced Bash or Python scripts to automate backups, monitoring alerts, and routine cron jobs.

•    University degree 
•    Minimum of 4 years experience with Linux/Windows Operating System
•    Minimum of 4 years experience with DBA
•    Database skill: Experience in PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB and/or MySQL
•    Linux skill: Experience with Linux system, how to troubleshoot issue relate to CPU high, Memory, DISK...
•    Familiar with cron job, automation able to write simple shell scripts
•    Excellent communication skills, customer focus, problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow
•    Ability to work under pressure
