1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Management

Lead and manage all sourcing activities, supplier evaluation, and selection for Indirect, Packaging, CAPEX, and MRO categories.

Develop and implement purchasing policies, procedures, and RFI/RFP processes.

Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.

Identify, recruit, and qualify new suppliers; manage supplier performance tracking and development.

2. Financial Performance & Cost Optimization

Lead cost-saving initiatives and value-engineering projects.

Conduct cost and quality analyses to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).

Prepare reports including Price Forecast, Innovation Project Price Updates, Market Analysis, and Saving Reports.

3. Supplier Relationship & Performance Management

Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations and audits.

Develop supplier improvement action plans and monitor implementation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic suppliers.

Review and process claims against suppliers.

4. Business Partnership & Integration

Act as a Business Partner to internal stakeholders, providing procurement expertise and strategic advice.

Contribute to the development and execution of Category Procurement strategies and the overall Procurement roadmap.

Collaborate with relevant departments to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.

Ensure procurement activities align with business needs and production requirements.

5. Reporting & Compliance

Ensure compliance with P2P processes, SOPs, and Company Policies.

Adhere to Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards.

Prepare and submit performance reports and KPIs to Line Manager.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.

- 7+ years procurement experience (FMCG/Manufacturing preferred), with 5+ years in Packaging/Indirect/CAPEX/MRO and 3-5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and RFI/RFP expertise.

- Analytical with market intelligence, cost modeling, and savings identification capabilities.

- Excellent stakeholder management and Business Partnering skills.

- Good command of English; ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage multiple priorities with high integrity.
