Procurement Intern

- Review all 2024 to 2025 Service Request Forms (SRFs) for both PMD & SMD to ensure compliance with internal policies.

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all supporting documents (e.g., quotations, approvals) for each SRF.

- Identify, document, and report any discrepancies or missing information found during the review.

- Maintain a detailed tracking log and assist in organizing documentation for upcoming Internal and State Audits.

- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for reviewing a high volume of documents.

- An analytical mindset to assess compliance against procurement policies and identify discrepancies.

- High integrity and the ability to work independently and methodically.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting is required. Familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP) is a plus.
