FUNCTION: Finance

SUB FUNCTION: Marketing Finance

CONTRACT: 12 months with third-party provider

LOCATION: The Hallmark Building, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

• The finance analyst is to assist the senior manager in running the S&OP for the cluster, as well to manage the marketing overhead budget.

• Being able to work independently and supporting the line manager depending on the detailed tasks required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Business

• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure all the required input would be timely and accurately provided to prepare budget planning exercise.

• Maintain all the supporting details required relating to the S&OP process.

• Manage the Marketing T&E budget to ensure actual tracking against budget and highlight to the budget holder(s) in case of any discrepancy.

• Coordination of overall Marketing Investments across the cluster including sensitivities to propose resource allocation decisions to FD

• Custody all the records (hard & soft documents) to ensure fully address any audit and/or control and/or control navigator and/or risk management requirement of the function.

• Be responsible for any system set up and maintenance thru SAP as needed.

• Participate actively any project if required.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• University graduate in Finance/Economics, preferably with a professional accountancy qualification

• At least 2 years working experience as accountant (preferably for MNC’s)

• Good English communication

• Quick learner, creative and drive-for-results.

• Good knowledge of common application software e.g. excel, power point, SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize works.

• Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.

• Sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
