Pre-shipment Inspector – Electrical & Electronics background

Study and understand basic Client Procedures, Guidelines, and Inspection Protocols before performing inspections
Support preparation for inspections (checking schedule, preparing tools, documents)
Perform pre-shipment inspections, sample checking, and container loading supervision under guidance of Senior Inspector/Coordinator
Conduct product checks based on defined criteria and
Standard AQL 2859-1
Record inspection findings accurately and support preparation of inspection reports
Assist in sample collection and handling during inspections
Support Coordinators in maintaining inspection documents, records, and tools
Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with basic quality and safety requirements
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic understanding of electrical & electronic products or manufacturing processes
Familiarity with AQL 2859-1 or quality inspection is a plus (not mandatory)
Knowledge of ISO 9000 or related standards is an advantage
Good observation skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Good English communication (reading & writing reports)
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Willing to travel for inspections and work in factory environments
Physically fit for on-site inspection work
