Pre-Sales Director - System Integrator | Hanoi

Our client is an established Enterprise IT Solutions provider specializing in system integration, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The company partners with leading global technology vendors to deliver enterprise technology solutions for organizations across the banking, financial services, telecommunications, government, and enterprise sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Pre-sales Director to lead and develop the Pre-sales function, driving technical solution consulting and supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, and customer engagement, working closely with Sales, technology partners, and enterprise customers to design and position complex IT solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of pre-sales professionals while contributing to technology strategy, solution consulting, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop the Pre-sales team.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pre-sales function.
• Lead solution consulting activities and support customers in developing their IT and digital transformation strategies.
• Work closely with the Sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Continuously evaluate and stay up to date with emerging technologies and enterprise solutions.
• Participate in vendor training and certification programs aligned with the company's technology strategy.
• Strengthen relationships with technology partners and collaborate on joint business initiatives.
• Support customer engagements, solution presentations, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solution proposals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing technical or pre-sales teams.
• Experience delivering solution consulting for enterprise technology projects.
• Strong background in large-scale system integration projects across multiple technology platforms.
• Experience supporting technology implementations within the Banking and Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
