I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and KOC planning that align with the marketing and communications goals and objectives

- Organize and execute PR events, press trips, and collaborations with celebrities and local influencers

- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to develop proactive communication strategies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, celebrities, and influencers

- Coordinate and manage media and influencer inquiries, interviews, and press conferences

- Draft and distribute influencer, press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to secure media coverage

- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various communication channels, including press releases, speeches, articles, celebrities influencer, social media posts, and website (corporate) content

- Ensure all communication content is consistent with the organization‘s brand voice and messaging

- Develop and implement strategies to manage public perception and stakeholder relationships

II. REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor‘s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience working with influencers, celebrities, and press

Skills and Abilities

- Strong network within local media and influencer communities

- Ability to work independently while coordinating with brand team and marketing team

- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
