I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be responsible to manage the store's merchandise display for increase sales

- Manage the store's merchandise display.

- Changes should be made, displays should be evaluated, and the OP department should be guided to display in accordance with industry standards.

- Survey customer needs and psychology in collaboration with OP and Marketing.

- Provide market and commodity strategy advice to MD.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or as an MD is required.

Skills and Abilities:

- Understanding goods as well as customer psychology is essential.

- Skills in data analysis.

- Good at communication and presentation skills.

Other characteristics

- “Can do” attitude and discipline in meeting deadlines

- Attention to details and able to work under pressure
