PM, Delivery Management

1. Production & Delivery Management
   Plan and manage development timelines and production schedules.
   Own end-to-end delivery across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
   Break down milestones, track progress, and ensure on-time execution.
2. Systems & Process Development
   Design and implement scalable production workflows.
   Standardize SOPs for development, data processing, and reporting.
   Continuously optimize processes to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
3. Quality Control (QC) Ownership
   Build and maintain QC frameworks for data, AI outputs, and final deliverables.
   Define QC checkpoints, quality thresholds, and escalation rules.
   Coordinate manual and AI-based QC processes to ensure consistent output quality.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
   Monitor daily production performance, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
   Track key KPIs including accuracy, turnaround time, error rates, and rework.
   Provide clear status updates and issue reports to management.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
   Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Data, and Account teams.
   Translate requirements into clear, executable tasks.
   Align delivery priorities with business goals and client expectations.
6. Risk & Issue Management
   Identify production risks early and propose mitigation plans.
   Handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous process improvements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role (BA, Scrum Master, Tech Lead transitioning to PM).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, Slack, basic Git.
• Excellent planning and timeline management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility; logical, meticulous, adaptable, and continuously improving.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
• Basic technical knowledge of Web/Mobile applications, APIs, Databases, or Cloud.
