Planning Staff

• Analyse demand & market share movement for Asia Pacific region

• Analyse benchmark models monthly by studying product specifications of competitors for Asia Pacific region and make hypothesis of product planning.

• Conduct survey to verify hypothesis of new product

• Take initiative to lead product planning with other countries’ PICs.

• Based on hypothesis, propose new product and take initiative to follow up product development process.

• Weekly communicate and update product planning with related departments.

• Negotiate with sales company for each country.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have 1-2 years in similar role.

- Proficient in English (Japanese language skills are an advantage)

- Convinient to move between TL2 (Yen My, Hung Yen) and TL1 (Dong Anh, Hanoi) is a plus.
