Planning Manager

1. Production & capacity planning: Develop and manage weekly/monthly production schedules based on sales forecast and yarn inventory levels. Coordinate with dyeing/spinning mills to optimize machine utilization and minimize changeover time.

2. Order fulfillment Review: customer orders(delivery dates, specifications) and convert them into executable production tasks. Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Raw Material Control: Plan and procure yarn/fiber inventories based on the master schedule. Control inventory turnover to balance supply and demand while reducing dead stock.

4. Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Production, and Quality departments to resolve urgent orders or production bottlenecks.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs such as plan achievement rate and order lead time/delivery on time rate. Analyze capacity constraints and provide improvement plans.

6. Other tasks assigned by Functional Manager, General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 3+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in textile/spinning industry.

2. Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis tools.

3. Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
