Logistics Supervisor

1. Specialist on logistics processes and tasks

2. Obtain all relevant and necessary approvals and permits related to logistics

3.Complete import formalities of raw materials, machinery, spare parts, and other goods and services.

4. Complete export formalities for finished products and other goods.

5. Arrange payment documents related to logistics to financial department for review and check

6. Arrange transportation and follow up the shipping procedure

7. Setup and maintain a structured filing system

8. Manage raw material warehouse, yarn warehouse, waste (report, stock…)

9. Safeguard all logistical tasks to be compliant with laws and regulations of Vietnam

10. Execute other tasks assigned by the General Director / Functional Leader.

University graduate (Foreign trade or related major)

+3 years in logistics management, has knowledge of Foreign trade business and the customs operations
