Partnership Manager

1. Optimize the performance of existing strategic partners and cultivate new partnerships to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
2. Propose and design creative products, programs, and tailored solutions based on partner needs, collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales performance.
3. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and partners, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues.
4. Analyze partner data to assess effectiveness and recommend strategies for improving revenue and engagement.
5. Provide training and support to sales teams and operations staff to ensure effective partner collaboration.
6. Prepare regular performance reports on partnership outcomes, including application volume, error rates, processing times, and customer feedback.
7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Banking.
2. Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management. Prior experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Payments, or Lending is strongly preferred.
3. Skills & Professional Competencies:
• Proven track record in revenue growth and partnership development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across departments.
• Capacity to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
