Digital Business Data Analyst

• Build and maintain Digital Lending performance dashboards across Customer App, Sales App and related digital channels.
• Own funnel tracking for key lending journeys, including membership, onboarding, pre-screening, pre-scoring, document upload, application creation, underwriting status, approval, disbursement and application closure.
• Analyze customer drop-off, pending cases, rejection reasons, processing time, device/app version issues, campaign source performance and journey bottlenecks.
• Define event tracking requirements with Product Owner, UI/UX and IT before go-live to ensure new features can be measured properly.
• Track feature performance after release and provide post-release impact review on conversion, adoption, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Build Sales App performance reports, including application volume, sales usage, status aging, rework rate, document pending, processing time and production issue impact.
• Monitor campaign, push notification, popup, cross-sell, partner leads and other digital acquisition activities to evaluate lead quality and conversion effectiveness.
• Support backlog prioritization by providing data evidence on business value, customer impact, funnel leakage and operational pain points.
• Prepare regular management reports and insight summaries for Head of Digital Lending, Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
• Work with IT/Data teams to validate data logic, data definition, source system mapping and dashboard accuracy.
• Identify data gaps, tracking issues and reporting limitations, then propose improvement actions.
• Support business case preparation for strategic initiatives such as app consolidation, embedded lending, customer self-apply journey and sales productivity improvement.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Data Analysis, Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence or Performance Analysis.
• Experience in banking, consumer finance, lending, digital product, mobile app or sales performance analytics is preferred.
• Strong understanding of funnel analysis, conversion tracking, event tracking, KPI dashboard and business performance reporting.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements, tracking logic and actionable insights.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau/Looker or similar dashboard tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to explain data insights in a business-friendly way.
• Experience working with Product, UI/UX, IT, Data, Risk, Operations and Business teams.
• Understanding of lending application funnel, customer onboarding, sales app performance or campaign tracking is a strong advantage.
