OPM Manager (Good English And Chinese)

• Oversee daily operations of the FDI factory to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.

• Facilitate communication between English and Chinese-speaking teams to ensure smooth operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or FDI environment.

• Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
