Job summary:

The Operations Excellence Executive supports continuous improvement, process optimization, quality

management, and digital transformation initiatives across KLN Freight Vietnam.

The role works closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and other departments to identify process inefficiencies, enhance service quality, standardize procedures, and improve productivity through data-

driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Support process mapping and workflow analysis across business functions.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen initiatives.

• Assist in implementing best practices and standardized working procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor implementation progress and improvement results.

2. Quality Management

• Support maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Conduct process compliance reviews and internal audits.

• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Assist departments in addressing operational and service quality issues.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyze operational performance data.

• Prepare KPI dashboards and performance reports.

• Identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes of issues.

• Provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Digitalization & Automation

• Support digital transformation and automation projects.

• Coordinate with IT and business users for system enhancement initiatives.

• Assist in testing and deployment of new solutions.

• Promote technology adoption and process automation.

5. Customer & Service Excellence

• Support initiatives to improve customer experience and service quality.

• Analyze customer complaints and recurring issues.

• Participate in root cause investigations and improvement actions.

6. Project Coordination

• Coordinate improvement projects across departments.

• Track project milestones, risks, and action plans.

• Prepare project updates and management reports.

7. Training & Continuous Improvement Culture

• Facilitate process improvement workshops and awareness sessions.

• Promote Lean and Continuous Improvement mindset.

• Support employee suggestion and innovation programs.

8. Other Duties

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Operations Excellence Manager.

• Support regional or corporate excellence initiatives when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related

disciplines.

• 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Process

Improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Good command of English.
