Job summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for international freight forwarding and logistics services. The role focuses on promoting air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and other value-added logistics solutions to customers.

Scope and Accountability:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within freight forwarding services.

- Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

- Expand market share in Air/ Ocean/ Lane Freight across key trade lanes.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Work closely with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, and Overseas Offices to deliver competitive solutions.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, RFQs, and contract negotiations.

- Ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new customers.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.

Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding industries.

Proven track record in Air Freight and/or Ocean Freight business development.

Strong understanding of international transportation, Incoterms, and global trade practices.

Existing customer network is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good at English.
