Build dashboard, report, tracker to control the KPI and monitor it daily.
Campaign preparation and take action on time, follow backlogs.
Develop a deep understanding of the delivery company & actively identify operational issues.
Actively propose Improvement Plans to make processes more innovative and better.
Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
Ensure that the project status, issues or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately.
Work closely with the Operation team and Key Account Management team to grasp the Operation’s problem and update customers promptly.
Work on BAU tasks as assigned by Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Min 5+ years of industry experience with proven business impact.
Excellent in communication with different stakeholders have experience in project management or operation is a plus.
Have ownership of the project, always being active to work with relevant stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude.
Advanced Excel skills and SQL is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region.
