Operation Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Key Responsibilities – Operation / Freight Forwarding:

Export:

• Base on bkgs confirmed from Carriers/Coloaders, making draft BL, HBL & final BL, HBL to shippers & from Carriers.

• Follow up and push/follow up closely on SI, ISF, & all kind of docs from shippers/vendors.

• Filing AMS for TP shipments.

• Send Pre-Alert to destination offices.

• Issue Local charge/ freight charge Debit note on internal systems.

• Push Shipping Lines/ Airlines & Coloader about Freight Debit/ Invoices, Check and confirm then pass to Accounting Dept for payment.

• Asking destination office for profit share.

Import:

• Checking document sent by Overseas /Agent & send to consignee for checking.

• Submit E-manifest within deadline from carrier.

• Process payment request to ACC team to get EDO on time.

• Release EDO and handling all problem related to customer.

• Update milestones status to oversea or agent.

• Debit local charge and/or freight charge to consignee – if any.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, Operation & Documentation dept.

• Good command of English.

• Experience in handling export and import shipments (sea and air freight) in U.S. trade lanes, with priority for candidates with CargoWise system experience and a background in Asian or U.S. multinational corporations.
