[HCM, HN] Sales Executive (Logistics & Freight Forwarding)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Logistics & Freight Forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting international freight forwarding solutions, including ocean freight, air freight, trucking, customs brokerage, and related logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and expand business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding market.

• Promote and sell international freight forwarding services, including ocean freight, air freight, inland transportation, customs clearance, and value-added logistics solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions to support their supply chain needs.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up on business opportunities.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and overseas partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.

• Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall company growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

• Good understanding of ocean freight, air freight, and international transportation.

• Experience with NVOCC operations and Transpacific trade is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.

• Good command of English is preferred.
