NPI Engineer (Electronics) /Kỹ sư Phát triển Sản phẩm mới

Review Customers’ technical requirements to ensure correct understanding and implementation, leading in zero misalignment;
Develop production flow & process to standardize manufacturing process, ensure smooth NPI build and scalable production;
Define standard time for production processes to support PM accurate planning, to optimized capacity and shipment performance;
Perform PFMEA and risk assessment to identify and mitigate process risks, resulting in reduced defects and stable quality;
Manage and follow ECO/FCR changes, ensure proper implementation of engineering changes, resulting in controlled change process and meet Customer’s commitment;
Design and control indirect materials (label, packaging, barcode) to meet customer and logistics requirements;
Support customer issues and complaints (or from PM) to resolve problems effectively, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduced recurrence;
Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen), improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
Experience: Min 1–2 years of experience NPI position (EMS preferred) or engineering & quality environment.
Technical Skills: PFMEA knowledge; Familiar with electronic manufacturing process flow, ECO/FCR handling, and process documentation (WI & SOP).
